New Client Policy
All new clients will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to have on file, and will only be charged in the event of not showing for the appointment, or cancelling less that 24 hours from time of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
If you change or cancel your service less than 24 hours from your appointment time, you may be charged 50% of the service total. This must be paid prior to next booking.
No Call No Show Policy
All No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Must be paid prior to next booking.
Service Correction Policy
Our goal is to make every client happy when they walk out our doors. As our client, if you are not happy with your experience at our salon we offer a service correction policy.
If you are not happy with your experience you have 48 hours to contact us. You have 1 week from your original appointment to have a corrective service. Our policy does not honor clients who have changed their mind on a service they asked for.
